The service
Ledger Clean compares supplier statements against your purchase ledger records and reports matched items, unmatched items and differences. We identify and present differences only.
No advice
Ledger Clean is not an accountancy practice and does not provide accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. Ledger Clean is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Decisions about how to treat any item remain with you and your advisers.
Completeness
Our work depends on the information provided. We do not guarantee that every account can be fully reconciled. Where information is unavailable, we will identify what is missing.
Free first reconciliation
During launch, the first supplier account per business may be reconciled free of charge, subject to reasonable scope agreed in advance. There is no obligation to purchase further work.
Your responsibilities
- Only upload documents you are authorised to share.
- Keep portal credentials confidential and tell us about any suspected misuse.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant work. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
